From the basement to global plasma industry leader. The ImmunoTek story begins in 2002.
International BioResources, LLC ("IBR") was founded in 2002 by a group of plasma professionals boasting over 150 years of combined experience. The initial opening of 13 plasma collection centers grew to more than 36 centers within just a few years. Efforts found rewards with approximately 3-million procedures in just four years.
IBR intended to grow the plasma collection industry, reflecting its successes today and in the future. Between 2007 and 2010, IBR built and sold more than 48 plasma collection centers. In addition, the team developed procedural training manuals and new center development plans to increase our footprint in the burgeoning field of plasma collection.
Steeped in the plasma industry, the former Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and VP Operations of International BioResources, LLC ("IBR") formed a new company called ImmunoTek Bio Centers, LLC and acquired the total assets of IBR in November 2012. 
Recognizing the growth of current therapeutic drugs and vaccines and additional new therapeutic indications are expected to strain the global blood plasma supply considerably. ImmunoTek's strength lies in the oversight of multiple FDA/EU-licensed plasma collection centers to meet the ongoing demand for plasma proteins in the therapeutics market.
